Delivery & Returns

Same-day dispatch for orders placed before 15:00 GMT Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).

Orders placed after 15:00, on weekends, or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

You will receive an email with tracking details once your order leaves our UK facility.

We ship to a closed whitelist of countries via Royal Mail International Tracked at a flat rate of £12.99. Delivery typically takes 5–10 working days depending on destination and customs processing.

International customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total and are levied by the local authority on delivery.

Due to the nature of research peptides, we cannot accept returns once products leave our controlled storage environment. This policy exists to protect the integrity and chain-of-custody of all compounds we supply.

All products are quality-checked, sealed, and dispatched from temperature-controlled storage. Once a product has left our facility, we cannot verify that it has been stored or handled correctly, and therefore cannot resell or reuse it.

If your order arrives damaged, email [email protected] with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will ship a free replacement — no questions asked.

If tracking shows your parcel as lost, contact us and we will open a case with Royal Mail and dispatch a replacement once the investigation confirms loss (typically 10 working days after the expected delivery date).
