TB-500: Research, Benefits & UK Availability

A synthetic version of Thymosin Beta-4, researched for tissue repair, cell migration, angiogenesis, and anti-inflammatory responses.

Every Peptify TB-500 batch is independently HPLC-tested by Janoshik Analytical (Czech Republic) and ships with the batch-matched Certificate of Analysis.

    What is TB-500?

**Multi-tissue repair research.** TB-500, the synthetic active fragment of Thymosin Beta-4, sits at the centre of regenerative peptide research — actin upregulation, angiogenesis signalling, and pro-inflammatory cytokine reduction characterised across muscle, tendon, ligament, skin, cardiac, and neural tissue models.

Published research has examined flexibility outcomes, chronic inflammation markers, musculoskeletal recovery endpoints, and hair follicle stem cell migration as a separate published axis. The 10mg quantity provides extended single-batch material for dose-response designs and multi-arm protocols where consistency across study arms is methodologically important.

10mg lyophilised vial. Batch-specific COA included; 98%+ HPLC, independently verified (Janoshik batch 2026/04: 98.700%). For in-vitro research use only.

    Key Research Areas

Synthetic analogue of Thymosin Beta-4 — the actin-sequestering domain responsible for cell migration and structural remodelling
Healing outcomes studied across muscle, tendon, ligament, skin, cardiac, and neural tissues in independent preclinical programmes
Pro-inflammatory cytokine (TNF-alpha, IL-1B) downregulation at injury sites documented; local anti-inflammatory alongside systemic repair
Hair follicle stem cell migration examined in regrowth research — studied independently of the musculoskeletal and cardiac work
Higher-dose 10mg formulation for research protocols requiring elevated per-dose concentrations or reduced preparation frequency

    How to Store TB-500

    Unreconstituted (Lyophilised Powder)

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For long-term storage, keep refrigerated at 2–8°C. Under these conditions, lyophilised peptides can remain stable for up to 24 months. For extended preservation beyond 24 months, store at -20°C in a freezer.

    Reconstituted (Mixed with BAC Water)

Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, the peptide solution must be refrigerated at 2–8°C. Use within 4–6 weeks for optimal potency. Do not freeze reconstituted peptides as this may degrade the compound.

    General Tips

Always keep vials upright to prevent leakage. Avoid repeated temperature fluctuations — do not leave vials out at room temperature for extended periods. Protect from light exposure by storing in the original packaging or a dark container. Label all vials with the reconstitution date.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    What is TB-500 researched for?

TB-500 is studied for its role in tissue repair, cell migration to injury sites, new blood vessel formation, and reduction of inflammation.

Can TB-500 be combined with BPC-157?

Yes. Many researchers study these peptides together due to their complementary healing mechanisms. Peptify offers a pre-blended BPC-157 + TB-500 20mg vial.

    How should TB-500 be stored?

Store unreconstituted TB-500 at -20C. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, store at 2-8C and use within 4-6 weeks.
