NAD+: Research, Benefits & UK Availability
A critical coenzyme involved in over 500 enzymatic reactions, researched for cellular energy production, DNA repair, and longevity pathways.
Every Peptify NAD+ batch is independently HPLC-tested by Janoshik Analytical (Czech Republic) and ships with the batch-matched Certificate of Analysis.
What is NAD+?
**Cellular energy and longevity.** NAD+ is the coenzyme involved in over 500 enzymatic reactions and one of the most-characterised cofactors in modern ageing research — central to the published literature on mitochondrial function, DNA repair, and longevity biology.
As a cofactor for the sirtuin family (SIRT1-7) and PARP enzymes, NAD+ has been investigated for roles in mitochondrial biogenesis, DNA repair, circadian regulation, and cellular stress resistance. Research has documented age-related decline in NAD+ across human tissues — the baseline for repletion-model studies in published literature.
500mg lyophilised vial sized for systemic repletion research without frequent reconstitution. Batch-specific COA, 99%+ HPLC-verified purity. Royal Mail Tracked dispatch. For in-vitro research use only.

How to Store NAD+
Unreconstituted (Lyophilised Powder)
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For long-term storage, keep refrigerated at 2–8°C. Under these conditions, lyophilised peptides can remain stable for up to 24 months. For extended preservation beyond 24 months, store at -20°C in a freezer.
Reconstituted (Mixed with BAC Water)
Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, the peptide solution must be refrigerated at 2–8°C. Use within 4–6 weeks for optimal potency. Do not freeze reconstituted peptides as this may degrade the compound.
General Tips
Always keep vials upright to prevent leakage. Avoid repeated temperature fluctuations — do not leave vials out at room temperature for extended periods. Protect from light exposure by storing in the original packaging or a dark container. Label all vials with the reconstitution date.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why is NAD+ important in research?
NAD+ is essential for sirtuin activation, mitochondrial function, and DNA repair. Levels decline with age, making it a key focus of longevity research.
What is the purity of Peptify NAD+?
Peptify NAD+ is 99%+ HPLC-verified with a full Certificate of Analysis provided with every batch.
How should NAD+ be stored?
Store lyophilised NAD+ at -20C for long-term stability. Reconstituted NAD+ should be kept at 2-8C.
